In addition to our corporate and commercial accounts we are always accepting RFPs from non-profit organizations looking to add video production elements to their programming. Our focus is on bi-lingual youth organizations with cultural, environmental, or artistic themes.
There are four types of people reading this page, help us help you find the info you need:
I am:
a: help us win a grant proposal:
Contact Lynnette Hernandez by sending a copy of your current RFP and any related addendums. We will call you within one business day to discuss how we can work together to win your grant. Grant writing can be daunting with all the budgets, schedules and super-fine point italicized tertiary sub-clauses, but we'll help you through it and produce a tight document with supporting documents and award winning presentation packaging. Ask how our grant-writing fees can become in-kind donations when your grant is awarded.
b: help us spend this grant:
Our teams are available for programs anywhere in North, Central or South America with expertise in the Caribbean region. We will create a customized program based on your geographical, language, and educational requirements and are a self-contained program producer. This means we can provide our own equipment, special instructors, permits, insurance, lodging, travel, etc.
Each of these sample topics is presented in terms of environmental education:
- Practical Geographic Information Systems (GIS) skills
- Basic / Intermediate video production skills (shooting, editing, sound, lights)
- Introductory Naturalist (identification of synergistic ecosystems)
- Digital Photography
- Community Awareness
c: help us win a very large grant proposal:
Working together with multiple agencies, NGOs and community groups is the only way to effectively accomplish the goals of your project. We can help. Consider this case study: we wrote and participated in a cooperative grant between NASA, US Navy, US Fish and Wildlife and several universities and environmental non-profit organizations to coordinate hyper spectral imaging and simultaneous ground-truthing to generate images for an island-wide GIS with layers depicting the concentration of bioluminescent single-celled organisms in each bay.
So, if your project involves anything less than timing and executing a project with real-time communication between the stratosphere, two navy bases, and ultra-remote kayakers to count billions of microscopic creatures, we've got you covered.
